Self-Help Pledge is a delightful little book that is particularly effective because Katie is so authentic, detailing her own trials and tribulations from when she was a young girl. She had loving parents, albeit they divorced when she was eight but was bullied continuously at school. Katie details that journey to self-love and happiness and provides lots of tips, advice, and exercises to help you along the way. If you are in a rather dark place right now, do buy the book.
