Road to the New Earth
Energy (qigong, reiki, polarity), Gaia & earth energies, Inspiration & personal growth
The New Earth is the happy ending predicted by spiritual mystics for thousands of years. Nirvana, Heaven, Shambhala, Gaia, and Third Temple are some of the names, but the name is irrelevant. It’s a higher vibrational dimension without fear, binarism, and violence. Peace, collaboration, and a clean planet are the norms.
Spiritual Nutrition provides tools to bring the New Earth to us smoothly. The book enables readers to understand and feel what’s going on and helps them make changes to themselves to help. It presents strategies and steps to clean the body, mind, and spirit; lift the vibration; and spread loving light as an antidote for fear and hate. It also questions the meaning of reality.
The book relies on an energy vibration context for its argument. Higher vibrations are peaceful, kind, and smooth, the kind we need to move to the New Earth. Lower vibrations are angry, destructive, and disempowering--the kind that holds us in a world of fear and hate. The book relies on vibrational lifting as the goal and prescribes a path of a plant-based diet, meditation, yoga, thoughtfulness, and kindness to self and others.

OK, so just taking that last bit there and running with it, for it was the first thing asked of me when I handed this book over to my partner (after having read it cover to cover in just two days), raising your vibration is a concept often associated with New Age and spiritual practices. The idea is that everything in the universe is made up of energy, and this energy vibrates at different frequencies. Indeed, and according to this belief, each person has a personal vibration that can be influenced by their thoughts, emotions, actions, and the environment around them. When people talk about raising their vibration, they are usually referring to engaging in activities or practices that promote positive emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. This can include things like practicing gratitude, meditation, spending time in nature, surrounding oneself with positive influences, and engaging in acts of kindness. And this obviously then ties in with the plant-based diet suggestion, meditation, yoga, thoughtfulness, and kindness to self and others, for wouldn’t the world just be a much better place with all that within it and us. Contained with eight chapters, Spiritual Nutrition by author Mike Radice brings forth a charted path to enable one to be an integral part of the New Earth. The Earth is returning to a higher, less dense vibrational energy. It’s nearing the end of a cycle of cleansing the old and bringing in the new. You don’t want to be left behind, which is why this book has already grabbed your attention and so although raising one’s vibration may not have a scientific basis in the traditional sense, there are some parallels to scientific principles, of that you can be sure. For example, positive emotions and thoughts have been shown to have beneficial effects on mental and physical health. Practices like meditation have been found to reduce stress and promote well-being. Ultimately, whether or not you believe in the idea of raising your vibration is a personal choice. Some people find value in these practices as a way to promote well-being and personal growth, while others may not resonate with the concept. It’s also important to approach these ideas with an open mind and consider how they align with your own beliefs and experiences, but please know that this book does rely on an energy vibration context for its argument. ~ Anne Carlini - Exclusive Magazine, https://annecarlini.com/ex_books.php?id=653
