The author, Jane Bain, does an excellent job of presenting her findings in a way that is easy to read and interesting. Many of the points she makes are backed up by science and I found the addition of quotes from well-known people to be a very nice added touch. Since she has a degree in psychology it’s obvious that she definitely has a background conducive to sharing much of the information she provides. The facts from the beginning are used as a jumping off point to move on and apply what you have learned in a way that will make your life better. This is a profound and practical book by an author who has applied her studies of psychology and anthropology to myths and stories.
