Stephanie Sorrells book "Astral projection made easy" surprised me! I was sure I would end up thinking to myself, oh yes! here we go another book on astral travel and we can hardly get from A to B with traffic jams on earth journeys! In this book , Stephanie includes many stories about the phenemonon of Astral travel, and makes it clear that it is not achieved in a day, nor should one try to do so. I am glad of the warnings she gives us about what to expect. If you want to know more about the various states of consciousness that are available to us human beings ...here is a book that will be a good helpmate for you .
