"Everyone was greatly impressed." HRH Prince of Wales
Using guided meditations based around traditional stories this is a gentle and fun way of introducing older children to the world of meditation and relaxation. It is designed to counteract some of the tensions with which we are all familiar at the end of a busy day, and offer parent and children together some quality time to relax and share. The meditations and visualisations aim to develop children's imagination and provide them with skills that will be invaluable for the rest of their life.
For children aged 5 upwards. The Relax Kids series is available in Europe, and in US since 2015.
As featured on BBC's Dragon's Den.

Lots of ideas of how to calm children down. My daughter uses it for her class of 5-6 year olds and they love it. Teaches everyone regardless of age how to relax and ways to achieve it. ~ Amazon Customer, amazon.co.uk
What a cracking book. Full of two to three minute bedtime (anytime) meditations. I read it at bedtime to my two daughters aged 11 & 8, they both love them. Bedtime has become a lot better since using this book. Plus I get to read to my girls again. One happy dad :-) 5 out of 5 stars. ~ Amazon Customer , amazon.co.uk

Relax Kids is so yummy-I love the meditations myself and certainly intend to try them on every kid in my life. They work for me so why not for them! ~ Lynne Franks, PR guru, author of The Seed Handbook
Relax Kids is a source of brilliantly imaginative meditations so sensitivelyand creatively written and beautifully illustrated. This inspiring book is a wonderful resource for teachers and parents, who will be able to use it to help children nurture their spiritual worlds of thought and feelings. It will be especially welcomed by teachers who are using visualisation as an element of values education or during circle time. I'm delighted to commend this unique book that I'm sure will help countless children nurture their innate qualities of goodness, love, peace and respect. ~ Neil Hawkes, Senior Education Advisor Oxfordshire County Council
These visualisations are hilarious even for a 60-year old! Every page echoes a childhood memory, but with a totally positive spin. A creative took for enabling the reader or listener, to discover the power of their own thoughts, turning the tables on worry or fear. Light and airy, without being scary. What a hoot. And very timely. ~ Neville Hodgkinson, Author, Will to Be Well, and former medical and science correspondent, The Sunday Times
This is one of the best books Ive bought for my daughter! She loves it. She sometimes goes through phases of not being able to get to sleep and this is the book we always go back to. When she cant get her mind to stop turning things over, one of these relaxes and gives her something for her busy little brain to get hold of and drift away by itself. Each story ends with a little affirmation for the child to say aloud (or inside their head if that feels more comfortable) to reinforce the message of safety, or calm or happiness etc. Its simply written and the imagery used is truly magical. If nothing else it gives the child a few minutes of lying still, eyes closed, listening to your voice. We now use the book as a starting point for her to make up her own stories, either expanding the one we`ve just read, or going off on a tangent to a completely different one. I think this could become a childhood classic for my daughter, one that she`ll be able to return to all through her life.
