Mission From Venus (Mission From Venus Trilogy #1) by Susan Plunket (Goodreads Author) U 50x66 Suraj Kumar's reviewJul 05, 2024 it was amazing Mission from Venus- the first book in the MISSION FROM VENUS triology is an extraordinary literary work that transcends genres, blending elements of science fiction, fantasy, romance, and literary fiction into a compelling narrative. At its core, the book tells the tale of a cosmic battle between light and darkness, with Earth's future at stake. However, it also serves as a profound examination of human potential and the power of listening to our better angels. The story evokes the grandeur of a literary epic, with protagonists who undertake heroic deeds and embody their world's highest values. The characters, endowed with superpowers, navigate a supernatural landscape, making their quest both thrilling and inspiring. The allegorical nature of the story adds layers of meaning, inviting readers to reflect on the spiritual journey and the fight against the darker aspects of the human condition. Mission from Venus is a breathtaking read that will appeal to fans of multiple genres. ~ Surja Kumar, Goodreads
‘Susan Plunket is not merely a creator of worlds, she is a creator of a multi-dimensional matrix. In ‘Mission from Venus’, she eloquently and convincingly proposes a deeper, highly plausible, meaning to life and love on many levels, with the back-drop being the potential destruction of Earth. I wonder how much truth there actually is in Plunket’s thought-provoking, and thoroughly enjoyable, story of fiction that weaves together the spiritual and the physical. Engaging, imaginative and brimming with esoteric knowledge.’ ‘On the face of it, ‘The Wanderers on Earth’ is a story about good versus evil - a battle between evil forces and light beings from a higher dimension. But Susan Plunket has written a much deeper story, which is the sequel to ‘Mission from Venus’. With goose-bumps galore, ‘The Wanderers on Earth’ is a thought-provoking story that says so much about the times we live in. Clever, insightful, creative, but above all hopeful.’ ~ Heart and Soul, Alshouse
Mission From Venus (of course, written by a clinical psychologist) is a quite glorious, page-turning, vividly descriptive, but also spiritually illuminating opus that brings us the story of whether or not these intrepid beings will be able to infuse the humans with love and positive energy, culminating in all of them finding their way back to each other come the end. Imagine living on Venus and having powers that enable you to see and feel differently than we do on earth. The Earth is in trouble and the mission is to send a group of wanderers to the plant to present if from being destroyed and the population annihilated. These beings are fifth dimension beings and when living on earth much of their powers will no longer be within them and they will be reborn as humans living as infants and experiencing life from child to adult as a human. Their memories will be eliminated, their twin part will be gone, and their goal is to hopefully find their twin and somehow reunite on earth. Hoping to increase the positive energy on Earth for its population and eliminating the forces of the dark side. The characters or those that are paired at the start are asked to join this mission but must understand the pitfalls and what happens if they fail. The journey is spiritual, and they fight battles and learn how to deal with humans their faults, good qualities and more. Will they be able to infuse them with love and positive energy and will they find their way back to each other in the end? As beings in a higher dimension will they be able to live and understand life in the third or lower dimension and Venus and her Mate train them, explain the pitfalls, allow them to go to earth and experience it firsthand and each one hoping to find the one person that they will share a special message with and hopefully bond in the future. Some are successful but one finds a person on the dark side and must run to feel safe away from this being. Reading this novel although in the area of science fiction you wonder if what Venus and her partner are trying convey to the wanderers should be conveyed to us here on Earth as we all wonder what are own fates will be if this virus does not disappear soon and we can go back to our daily lives before wearing masks. The hope that the group going to reincarnate on Earth will help save the human race is brought to light even more as they are now devoid of some of their higher powers, have to learn to use love and the light to restore them to their higher levels but what will happen when they are no longer together as each one closes their minds and eyes and sees visions of a scene on earth with a man or woman and a child is that their future in some way? They have to feel somewhat fearful yet they are afraid to voice it out loud as they receive more training, more rules that they have to follow and hope that they can hope their hearts to the light and whatever they are being told in a world that will be foreign to them and often isolate them from their twin on Venus. The training is extensive and what each trainer instilled in the wanderers would hopefully help them when they incarnate on earth. Hoping to incorporate within themselves the understanding that no one is inferior, or illegal, all are one. interesting thought but with the world as we live in it today it would be great if everyone would believe this. Arming them with the knowledge that would be innate within them when in human form, each of the 8 who volunteered for this mission would experience different visions of their parents within a dream, learn where they would be winding up and which country and hopefully find their way back to their twin flame in the future. But, not everything goes as planned and we witness the birth of each of the volunteers one at a time. Most are blessed but one you can be assured will find it hard, difficult and as Mary when she grows up or remembers her past her present might not be what she hoped for. Each one that experiences their time on earth will hopefully remember the light, the lessons taught but there is aware of their presence. There is someone out there that has created wars, strife, anger, hate, fear and more within the quarantined perimeter of Earth and thinks that his plan will work to bring these new humans into his fold using them to do his bidding creating hate, fear, dissension and worse. But will he succeed? Does anyone know what the Dark Side is planning? Can he be stopped? There is much more to come for these new humans. There is much more for them to experience on Earth and hopefully, their Twin Flames will find them but first, they must hopefully not be taken in by the Dark Side as they ventured to Earth on their Mission from Venus. Author Susan Plunket gives readers much pause for thought as each of the 8 experience the training and their visions in their own way and we witness their births on our planet but what will their futures be? The author’s messages are clearly hoping to bring harmony, peace, love, happiness and understanding and more to Earth. She hopes that this visitor will create on Earth a place that is safe and free of hate and anger. Will they succeed? The story is far from over and we will not know until she pens the next chapter in their lives. Fran Lewis: Just reviews ~ Just Reviews, Review
5 out of 5 stars: Susan Plunket delivers on a mission to deliver hope and pleasure through this completely engaging and poignant novel. The characters came to such a brilliant life, that I felt befriended by them. The story is a work of inspiring imagination but Plunket knows her Jungian psychology and esoteric philosophies. I was sad when I finished reading because I wanted to continue to feel the uplifting spirit of the book, especially in these dark times. Thank you Susan Plunket! ~ Carrie E Ruggieri, Amazon
5 out of 5 stars: There is something very personal about Susan Plunkett’s skillful writing..it’s as if she is speaking directly to me. As I move from chapter to chapter I am drawn into the message..which I won’t reveal here so as not to spoil the secret...Don’t hesitate..this wonderful book is arriving at the perfect moment.. ~ John Russo, Amazon
5 out of 5 stars: This is quite simply a beautiful book. A group of wanderers who represent universal goodwill are needed to prevent the Earth from succumbing to its possible fates of degeneration or annihilation. They incarnate as humans to attempt to thwart the Dark Lords intentions, and to help humans remember their own divinity. The group’s plan to defeat the forces of negativity simply by increasing the positive energy of Earth’s inhabitants is a succinct metaphor for the ideal of overcoming adversity without using force. The story has many permutations on contemporary spiritual beliefs and explores them from alternative perspectives. The concept of free will as a universal law is an interesting and appealing example. Plunket’s writing is erudite, imaginative and exhilarating. It abounds with alignments to the sciences and spiritualism, and this highly entertaining novel should be enjoyed by a broad spectrum of readers. ~ M.F., Amazon
5 out of 5 stars: Mission From Venus is an extraordinary book, one that encompasses a number of literary genres: science fiction, fantasy, romance, literary fiction to name a few. On one level, Mission is the story of the battle between the forces of good and evil, light and darkness that will determine the future of Earth. On a deeper level, Mission From Venus is an examination of human existence: who we are, who we can become if we listen to the “better angels of our nature”. Mission reminds one of a literary epic: the protagonists perform heroic deeds while upholding their world’s societal values. The supernatural is invoked, and the characters do, in fact, have superpowers. The story is also an allegory. In this book, the first in a trilogy, we meet characters on a spiritual journey as they gird for battle with forces representing the dark side of the human condition. I eagerly await the next chapter and hope the world Plunket posits – one imbued with love and positive energy – can triumph over discord as the mission’s volunteers incarnate on Earth as humans to save mankind. Mission From Venus is a breathtaking book: it would also make an extraordinary fantasy drama television series. ~ Julie Jetton, Amazon
5 out of 5 stars: Thoughtful and evocative, this book reminded me of my excitement at being introduced to C. S. Lewis' "Out of the Silent Planet" and Charles Williams "All Hallow's Eve". Fantasy fiction that explores spirituality, compassion, and human frailty. A marvelous journey. ~ G. in NY, Amazon
5 out of 5 stars: Mission From Venus pulls together many esoteric and spiritual threads about how the earth was seeded -who are we? where dd we come from? what is our purpose? In a story about eight lovable ET's born into human families, Susan Plunket explores in a serious way, the human condition, including an interesting take on how sex can connect us to intelligent infinity. Highly recommended. ~ , Amazon
