From the moment that Christopher opened the door of death, the darkness began gazing back at him...
Christopher’s life was turned upside down when the Otherworld suddenly tore through the veneer of his safe, suburban life. Now the rabbit hole is about to get deeper when a mysterious figure from Seth's past arrives bearing secrets; secrets that may threaten the very foundation of their small coven.
The Bones Would Do: Book Two Of The Christopher Penrose Novels explores the world of the supernatural in a brutal, sexy, and provocative way that is rooted in the real world. This is a tale of occultism, revenge, savage love, equally savage hatred, and the dark recesses of the past where nightmares brew and seethe, ready to erupt into the present.

'The Bones Would Do', the second in a series of awe-full books which bring me to a cabinet of questions I have never stopped asking. There is a tenderness to the spirit of the Old Ways that saturates these pages, and as an initiate of such a thread of Witches I can attest to the veracity of the experiential, embodied, visceral and primal tellings in this book penned by the masterful Lee Morgan. In this second fiction book, I have been bruised and elated. ~ Gede Parma, author of Ecstatic Witchcraft
Supernatural storytelling at its finest, 'The Bones Will Do' continues Lee Morgan’s powerful tale of Christopher Penrose and his travels along the Crooked Path. Vampires, Ghosts, Witches and Changelings inhabit the pages of this book, giving an insight into a supernatural world that sits so easily beside our own. Morgan’s writing weaves a bewitching tale of love and loss, revenge and triumph, with the promise of an amazing story still to come. I cannot wait for the next installment of the Christopher Penrose series." ~ Heather Kinnane, author of A Faery Dream
The thing is, this series isn't typical Horror-genre fare. Here, the nightmarish monsters are born from love. Old-fashioned, lie-on-your-lover's-grave-and-weep love. Which makes it all the more macabre, somehow. If 'Wooing The Echo', the first book in the series, was blackly brooding with a tendency to chills, 'The Bones Will Do' ratchets up the otherworldly pathos to claustrophobic levels. ~ Gavin Andrew, author of Paganism and Christianity: A Resource for Wiccans, Witches and Pagans
