Stuart Haden
'It's Not About the Coach' is Stuart's first book. As a coach, facilitator, consultant and author Stuart has an innate ability to open up unique perspectives in coaching, teams and leadership. He values culture, authenticity and energy so that he can achieve the best possible results. Stuart can often see things from different angles by applying ontological, natural and narrative approaches.
He discovered his passion for personal development when managing an outdoor activity centre in Wales for 8 years. After 2 years working overseas Stuart settled in London where he founded his own Learning and Development consultancy, www.stormbeach.co.uk A year later he graduated from London South Bank University with an MSc in Human Resources & Development. With a dissertation on coaching under his belt he recognised the value of research, conference speaking and article writing.
Stuart has represented Wales in hockey, nowadays his sporting passions revolve around rugby, mountaineering and ultra marathons. Loving family, nature and purpose. He lives in London, UK.
