What is the value of a lie when you're protecting whom you love?
Dream analyst Ursula is experiencing painful visions of an unknown desert. At first, her therapist, Jill, suggests it's only a dream. But when Ursula suffers another vision while hooked up to Jill's dream reader, both realise that there may be more at stake.
While Ursula is keen to uncover what her visions mean and why she's having them, Jill and her partner, Mackenzie, struggle to keep the truth a secret - Ursula’s visions are actually memories.
Occam's Dream delicately balances psychology, truth, and relationship against the sacrifices one must make for the sake of the world, and poses the ultimate question: Is it ever possible to truly control a narrative?

"I was fortunate to receive an advance copy of Occam’s dream to review. It is an intriguing story with many layers and really draws the reader in as Ursula tries to solve the mystery of her dream. As more details of the dream are revealed the true nature becomes apparent. I particularly enjoyed how the elements of the story come together from many different directions." https://www.waterstones.com/books/reviews/isbn/9781803417196#review-357456 ~ Peter Mahoney, Waterstones Website
"Occams Dream is something entirely new. There is imagery in this book that touch me so much - it is at the same time vast and so intimate. The protagonist is going through an emotional journey that I could relate to so well. All the perspectives shift but she remains relatable and beautifully drawn. I really congratulate the author for her skill The one book I am reminded of is Flowers for Algernon. It leaves you somber but also that you have really stretched your mind and experienced more of what it means to be human. I am also excited to follow the authors to see what she does next. Thank you so much for this!" https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/214096882-occam-s-dream ~ Irmtraud Ruperta, GoodReads
