Rob’s life journey has included being a Chaplain, Chief Executive, and Champion for social equality. For decades Rob worked at a local level linking resource needs with excess by inspiring and leading on a variety of joint initiatives.
Leaving school with little formal education Rob went on to train at two colleges, first in Biblical Studies and then post-graduate in Applied Theology. He is a regular speaker in churches of all denominations and has presented in the Houses of Parliament, several Bible colleges including presenting at Calvary College in California.
For twenty years he has served on the Board of the Oswald Chambers Trust, which publishes the bestselling book My Utmost For his Highest. He is currently the chairman and has represented the board at major events in America and Britain.
In his younger days exploring life and purpose he took a trip across Europe, Iran, Pakistan, and India. This pushed his world view and faith into new dimensions. Some of these and subsequent adventures are woven into his writing, and others are best left out!. He still loves to travel the world but likes to come home to Cheshire.
Rob is often described as an engaging visionary and storyteller with a passion for spirituality.
