Una Kroll, MD, was a doctor and priest who practiced many years in a pastoral setting. A devoted campaigner for sexual equality, she was one of the first group of women to be ordained priests in the Church in Wales. She was made deaconess in the Church of England in 1970. She was the author of several books. She was interviewed by Clare Balding on BBC Radio 2 Good Morning during February 2015 about her lifelong campaign for women priests in the same week that Libby Lane was consecrated Bishop of Stockport. Una reflected on her life as nun, missionary and campaigner for women in the Church.
Una died in January 2017 aged 91
