This book is a comprehensive, informative and yet simple guideline for a beginner or experienced “yogic” enthusiast, as well as a spiritual seeker. Sue has very skilfully expressed valuable knowledge of heart body mind techniques and realisations from the wealth of exploration she has had within her personal life, extensive training and experience of yoga, meditation and spirituality within this comprehensive book.
