The author has a terrific grasp on communication! She articulates artfully, mindfulness and how to practically apply it to living - without a bunch of mumbo jumbo. I love how she provides ways to apply it and does so in a way that I can add it when / how I want to. READ it! You'll be glad you did... wise and thoughtful.
