I have just finished reading The Mysteries of the Twelfth Astrological House - Fallen Angels, by Carmen Turner - Schott, and I have loved every single page of this book.
The reason why I decided to read it in the first place was because I have been in a six years’ relationship with someone having both Sun and Venus in the twelfth house, the former in Gemini and the latter in Cancer (my intercepted Cancer North Node in the seventh house is conjunct to my ex partners’ Twelfth House Cancer Venus).
To say that the descriptions and the explanations of such placements are accurate is a true understatement.
Everything about it and not only is extremely accurate but above all, explained and narrated with humanity and in a soft, caring and thoughtful way as if the narration is being carried out by an ethereal angelic voice, in the form of a Neptune-like cloud, embracing you as one progresses through the book.
It’s a deep and profound work imbued with valuable insights, written in a very compassionate and empathetic way.
Besides the above mentioned reason, the second reason why I decided to read it is because I have Retrograde Neptune in the first house conjunct my Sagittarius Ascendant, which means that Neptune energy is quite dominating in my birth chart. I could therefore relate to a plethora of aspects which are thoroughly dealt with in the book
Last but not least, the chapter dedicated to the Sun in the twelfth house as well as about Venus in the same house are to say the least spot on. Now I can finally understand the karmic and divine purpose of why my ex partner and I met and collided, why we were meant to spend these intense and transformative six years together (I am an eight houser with retrograde Libra Mars in the eight house, Pisces is an intercepted sign in my birth chart, and it is encapsulated in my second house, containing now transiting Saturn at the first degrees of Pisces - the eight of cups: this is truly the end of a cycle, with all the karmic teachings thereby), however painful it feels now that this period or era has come to an end.
A fallen angel and a Phoenix that were meant to meet one another in order to transform each others’ lives.
