I loved Everything Is Your Fault because it serves so many purposes for me: As an inspirational memoir, a meditation tool, and as an aspirational guide for personal motivation. Rajan Shankara takes us on his journey of self-discovery, and in a way, it becomes our journey, too.I purchased two copies when his book first premiered last year, because when you find something so useful, you want to share it with a friend!

Shankara's telling of his life and experience as a small time drug seller, monk, and post-monastic life is inspirational and entertaining. He has excellent story telling skills, which make the pages come alive. His truths are universal, and his mistakes, short comings, and achievements are very relatable. Highly recommended for self development.

Hilarious book title and concisely true. Good stories. Light read. Ive been through my own Dark Night of the Soul and appreciate his explanation and understanding of it. Worth my time.

This book is the autobiographical story of how a young man steeped in the money and "glory" of the drug scene who, in a moment of clarity that his life is headed toward destruction, takes the astonishing step toward self knowledge by committing himself to years of a monastic life. He has returned to the world with valuable experience to offer.

I spent many years in this monastery and still helping the monks with ongoing projects. I also had similar backgrounds in less than sterling lifestyles and the monastic order saw me safely through high school and on into marriage. Rajan had done a great job detailing life as a monk. Can’t wait for his next installment!

Great writing. I love how the author intertwined his personal stories into his life's lessons and how we can apply them to our own personal development. I highly recommend everyone reading this because personal responsibility is something we all need to embrace!

Like many mothers, I don't have time to read long books—but I still like to read! Rajan's book is short enough to finish and right to the point.

Courageous insights from a courageous life. There’s nothing preachy about this, but it’s a character changing challenge nonetheless. Highly recommended as a companion text for everyone’s inner journey. Great book!
