This 83 pager is such a great resource! The definitions at the beginning of the book help set up parameters for what's to follow and what to expect.

Starza outlines the difference between meditation, guided visualization, pathworking, journeying, and personal work, which was very helpful, as not everyone adheres to these definitions, and rather uses all the terms interchangeably. This causes confusion, especially when offering scripts for the different workings, so I truly appreciated Starza taking the time to do so.

Then, it's a few tips and tricks for successful work, and then right into the scripts. I've both recorded myself reading the scripts to play back to myself, and read them before the working and recalled the visualization.
Either formatting is fine, I think it comes down to personal preference, but it shows a talent when writing the scripts that they can be versatile. Some scripts out on the ol' interwebs don't translate well to recording, or are too long to effectively remember what's happened.

Overall 5 triquetras to this short, but valuable book from Moon Books!

This is by far the best book on guided visualizations/pathworking I've read. Delightful and so filled with magical and descriptive pathworking journeys that I don't know which one to choose next, as they are all good. They are not just for problem solving, though they are perfect for that, but are relaxing and good for body, mind, and spirit. This book has been added to my bookshelf and I will be returning to again and again. Well worth buying.

This book is packed with visualisations from shorter ones to help you get started to seasonal ones that you can use at specific times throughout the year. There are also ones for the moon, elements and psychic work. Each guided visualisation is beautifully written and will transport you to many different places. This technique can really help you with everyday challenges.

I never thought of doing a guided visualisation until I read this book. I realised I did them anyway without realising. This book is excellent as an introduction to visualisation, and by the time you have read the book and done the practice, You will be a pro.
