This book is so lovely. However my son has adhd and it hyped him up rather than calming him! He gets so absorbed imagining himself in the meditations that his mind races and before we know it he’s fighting the giants 🙈
It relaxes me though but not something we can use at bedtime like I did with my girls (worked perfectly for their anxiety and gave them a good nights sleep years ago!!)

Lots of lovely ideas for creating a positive atmosphere in your home. You will need to spend some time and money collecting the resources needed for some of the ideas. I would think this book would be useful in the classroom as well during arts and crafts but you'd need to be working with a small group or one to one for a lot of the ideas. You will find lots of inspiration though and may find that some of the activities could be adapted to meet the needs of your class.
