This book breaks up the excerpts from the letters by subject. There are subjects such as Atlantis and Lumeria, The Universal Mind and Consciousness, and Reincarnation among many others. Being that I have never read anything on Theosophy I found this to be an interesting work and appreciated how the excerpts were broken up. The forward gives wonderful background information on the letters and their authors. As for the excerpts themselves I found them to be able to make one look at the many ideas in a new way than perhaps one had done before. I think it was nice that there was no commentary other than the letters themselves as it helps one to attain their meaning through ones own understanding of the concepts.
I would recommend this book to those interested in Theosophy and it’s ideas.
